We built DICE for fans. We’ve gone from being a tiny six-person company in London to a 90+ person (and growing) company that is now launching around the world.
To keep up this pace without the wheels coming off we need an Operations Manager with a cool head and quality experience to deliver and execute at speed. We are looking to achieve operational excellence globally to ensure that we scale effectively as we continue to launch in multiple new cities each quarter.

We’re looking for someone with our same high standards to ensure fans, promoters and venues have the best possible experience with DICE.
Sitting on the Leadership team and reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating the new DICE city launches, as well as the successful delivery and execution of partnerships with venues, promoters, artists and brands.
They will work closely with the Product Managers, Accounts and Venues Lead, Finance and external counsel to provide exceptional client tools, automate processes, and take the lead with new revenue streams like Nite DICE.
