A platform for everyone
Creating a more diverse, equitable and inclusive DICE.
With teams in the UK, France, Spain, Italy, Germany and the US, DICE is a platform for everyone – and it’s essential that our people represent the diversity of the fans we serve. We’re dedicated to fostering a culture where everyone feels that they belong, where our voices are heard and where we feel supported to be our authentic selves.
We know that having a variety of perspectives makes us a better company. We also know that there is always work to be done when it comes to diversity, equity and inclusion. Our aim is to make our company and industry fairer for underrepresented communities, so we will continue to hold ourselves accountable and make DEI integral to our business.

Representation matters
DICE is committed to change and that starts by sharing our data. Our fourth DEI survey has measured the company’s diversity across gender, ethnicity, nationality, age, sexual orientation, education, socio-economic background, disability, neurodiversity, religion, caring responsibilities and mental health. This data represents a 98% participation rate, which gave us a strong set of results to work with.
Our analysis shows that a larger effort must be made to drive the diversity of our whole company, across all demographic groups; and a continued effort will be made to increase representation in our Leadership and Technical teams, with gender and ethnic representation as a key focus.
We will prioritise working more intentionally with our Leadership team to drive accountability and create a more diverse, equitable and inclusive company. We have launched the Leadership Accountability Framework for senior leaders, focusing on department-wide DEI goal setting. We are also continuing company-wide leadership coaching, and training and development programmes.
As DICE continues to grow, it’s especially important to build out our global DEI efforts in order to better understand our territory teams and the communities that surround them. In the past year, we’ve done this in a number of ways, including conducting a virtual territory tour to meet and listen to a variety of voices (which we will continue to do annually); enlisting a Territory Rep from each DICE location to join our DEI Squad; hiring a DEI team member in New York, our second-biggest territory and largest market; and hiring a DEI Community Manager to help us build connection and engagement with global teams.
