THE ORGANISER: DICE FM Inc - 10 Grand St, Brooklyn, NY 11249

THE COMPETITION: The Competition allows you to apply for a maximum of two tickets to Dizzle's DJ Set

OPENING DATE/CLOSING DATE: The Competition will run from 8am PST on November 14th (the "Opening Date") to 1pm PST on November 15th

1\. HOW TO ENTER:

Entry to the Competition will be available via the DICE App from the Opening Date.

All Competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the Closing Date. All Competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

The Competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost, corrupted, incomplete or, for any failure to capture entry information. Use of false details will result in disqualification. The entry must be made by the person entering the Competition. Entries sent through third parties, agencies or by automated means (such as scripts and macros) will not be accepted.

By submitting a Competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. In addition, the winners will be subject to the Organiser’s ticket Purchase Terms.

2\. ELIGIBILITY:

The Competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over (at the time of entry), except employees of the Promoter or Organiser, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Competition. Venue specific age restrictions will still apply and entry will be refused if not in accordance with venue policy. It is your responsibility to check the venue’s age restrictions.

In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the tickets. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition.

The tickets are given by the Promoter directly to the winners, and will be available via the DICE App. Any tickets won by businesses or traders in breach of the Purchase Terms will be cancelled.

Tickets are not transferable under any circumstances. Any resale or transfer will invalidate any ticket purchase. Where there has been any re-sale or attempted re-sale of tickets, the Promoter and/or the Organiser reserve the right to cancel those tickets with immediate effect.

The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition.

The Promoter and Organiser are doing their best to keep the tickets for this event out of the hands of secondary ticket sellers and in the hands of fans, so please help us by adhering to the above.

3\. WINNERS:

Each winner will receive \[two\] tickets for the event they have entered for.

The winners of the Competition will be selected at random by a random number generator (computer algorithm). This selection is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

The payment of all costs and expenses involved in attending the event are the responsibility of the winners. Any and all applicable taxes or duties in relation to attending the event are the responsibility of the winners.

4\. CLAIMING THE PRIZE:

Competition winners will be notified about the result of the Competition by \[Time\] \[(BST)/(GMT)\]on \[Date\].

All tickets won in the Competition will be issued by the Organiser via the DICE App.

To gain admission to the event, the winner must bring the tickets (via the DICE App) and the person accompanying them must be present. The winner must also bring a valid photo ID, matching the name on the Competition entry. Failure to bring all of the items above, will result in refusal of admission to the event.

5\. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

The Organiser shall not be responsible for damages, losses or liabilities of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in relation to the Competition. The liability of the Promoter shall be limited to the maximum amount permitted by law. Nothing in this condition shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury as a result of the Organiser’s negligence.

6\. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY:

The Organiser will only process your personal information as set out in the DICE Privacy Policy.

The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid Competition took place. Such information will include the winners’ surname and county. This information will be provided at request to the Promoter at \[Promoter's email address\] within one month after the Closing Date of the Competition.

If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at \[Promoter's email address\]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

7\. GENERAL

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Competition.

The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

Any omission to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right or remedy under these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver by the Organiser of that, or any other, right or remedy.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

This is an all ages event.
